These irregularities are characteristics of burlap and should, in no way, be considered a defect. We use the finest burlap available in the industry with an 11oz extra tight premium weave, making it extra strong and durable.

The burlap CORK board is made with high-quality burlap fabric and adds style and function to any home or office decor. We chose this premium quality burlap fabric for the consistency in color and tight weave. We use 100% USA made galvanized sheet metal and hand cut the sheet metal to size. We attach a layer of 100% NATURAL cork to the sheet metal. As an added quality feature, prior to wrapping the CORK in fabric, we paint the CORK the same color as the burlap. This step highlights the natural beauty of the burlap colors. Our frames are solid and well built with a solid foundation. We buy SELECT quality 1" x 2" boards to make the frame and we cut the boards to size in our shop. You will love the quality and look of your CORK board!
