Please Note: Burlap is an all natural, biodegradable and eco-friendly fiber made from the jute plant. The burlap fabric may contain irregularities of variations in shade and/or weave. These irregularities are characteristics of burlap and should, in no way, be considered a defect. We use the finest burlap available in the industry with an 11oz extra tight premium weave, making it extra strong and durable.

All our products are handmade by us with care and attention to detail. Once you place an order, we start the building process right away. Your order will be ready to ship within seven (7) business days of placing your order. Please contact us if you need an order expedited and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Magnet and push pin orders will ship within five (5) business days of placing an order.

We offer international shipping on our Etsy website. Please go to our Etsy website to place your international order. Please contact us if you have any questions about placing an international order.
Currently we do not ship outside of the United States for orders placed on our BeTransformedStudio website.
*Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may incur added shipping costs. We will advise you of any additional shipping costs before we fulfill your order. You are responsible for paying the extra shipping costs. We reserve the right to cancel your order if the extra shipping costs are not paid.
Refund and Exchange Policy
Returns
All of our products are handmade by us in our Iowa studio with care and attention to detail. We hope you love your new purchase and we want you to be happy with everything you buy from Be Transformed Studio. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your item. We are happy to offer you a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. If your item is unused and received by us in the same condition that you received it, then you will be entitled to a refund. We do not accept returns on custom orders and sizes. To start the refund process, please contact us by phone (515) 217-8181 or email contact@betansformedstudio.com. Once we have authorized the return, we will send you a shipping label. Please ensure your items are wrapped carefully to prevent damage. Items must be returned unused and in the same packaging as received to be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. After approval, we’ll send you a refund to your original payment method within five (5) business days.
Exchanges
